Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at any time and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Return conditions
- Return deadline: Our return policy is 30 days. After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return procedure
- Proof of purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Partial refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
- Process : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Deadline : If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
- Checks: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@doubleapex.ca.
Shipping
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Delivery time : The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Insurance : If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing adequate shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your item.
